For today’s Feature Friday, I decided it was high time to feature one of our favorite and most visited places in Edmonton, Seitans! Formerly known as Die Pie, this all vegan place has some amazingggggg pizzas and sandwiches! Our favorite is the Pierogi Pizza, but we’ve also gotten their mac & cheese (delicious), Banh Mi, Donair Po Boy, Kale Salad, Oreo Tiramisu, Beignets, & Pickle Pizza. Their seitan is so good, (hence the name), and we haven’t had anything that wasn’t incredible. We’ve been there at least 4 or 5 times in the 3 years we’ve lived in the area, despite it not being super close, and can never say no to going again. Their prices are reasonable, the staff knowledgeable about the ingredients, (they have great gluten free options too!), and they’ve just got a nice chill vibe.
